TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are Blomdahl Medical AB (hereinafter referred to as Blomdahl), registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office with organization number 556193-1956. Our head office and our production facility are located at Olofsdalsvägen 45, S-302 41 Halmstad, Sweden.

When you shop with us or use our website www.blomdahl.com, Swedish legislation and below Terms and Conditions apply. The Terms and Conditions are important to both you and us, because they describe what we expect from each other. They also provide you with useful information. We keep these Terms and Conditions updated and change them when necessary. As it is the latest version that applies, we ask you to carefully read the Terms and Conditions before you shop. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

ORDERING

Please check that your contact information is correct. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your address and other information are up to date and correct. Therefore, make sure that the first name, the last name and the address (street name and apartment/house number) that you enter, correspond to the details stated on your mailbox. In our Privacy Policy, you can read about how we process your personal information.

Should a product be temporarily out of stock, this is stated on the product page. The purchase cannot be completed in the web shop until the product is back in stock. However, we reserve the right to make errors related to stock balance. Should this happen, we will of course contact you and try to resolve the matter in the best possible way.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address, confirming your purchase. When you place an order, it is therefore important that you enter a correct email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation, check your junk e-mail folder, as emails may end up there by mistake. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@blomdahl.com. We recommend that you save the order confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The order confirmation also confirms that you have completed the purchase.

PAYMENT

We accept card payments via Mastercard and Visa.

When paying by debit or credit card, the purchase price will be reserved on your card at the time of ordering. Your card will however not be charged until we ship the product to you.

All card information is encrypted, which means that no unauthorized person can access it.

PRICES AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

When ordering, the prices stated in the web shop apply. All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost shows in the web shop when you complete the purchase. We reserve the right to remove products from the web shop. We also reserve the right to make errors related to images and text, such as incorrect descriptions, incorrect technical specifications and incorrect prices. We cannot guarantee the real colour experience of the products, as this may differ between different screens.

DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, we may provide you with discount codes that you can use when purchasing selected products. You enter the code at checkout before making your purchase. Each discount code comes with a specific set of terms. These terms will be described upon receiving the code (e.g. which products the code can be used for, if it can be used once or several times, when it can be used etc.). Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

DELIVERY

Once your order has reached our system, it will be processed as soon as possible. We aim to ship the products within 3-7 working days from the time the order was received. We ship packages Monday to Friday, providing none of these days is a holiday.
All packages from Blomdahl are sent with Schenker. Schenker normally has a delivery time of 2-3 working days for small packages. In order for you to be able to track your package, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number via e-mail.

We process and deliver a large number of orders. All orders are processed separately based on the invoice number. Because of this, different orders cannot be shipped in one package.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you want to make a change in your order, we ask you to contact our customer service at customerservice@blomdahl.com, or call us on +46 35 18 15 00. As we pack and ship your order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed, once placed.
You do, however, have the right to exercise your 14 day right of withdrawal, which takes effect at the time of delivery. In order for returned earrings or nose jewellery to be approved, their packaging/Clean pack must still, for hygienic reasons, be sealed/unbroken. The product labels on other types of jewellery must also be intact/undamaged.

When exercising your 14 day right of withdrawal you must pay for return shipping. Therefore, when you choose to make a return using our return label, Schenker will charge a return postage fee of xx Euro. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds will be made as soon as we have received and approved the return. Our processing time is normally 14 working days.

In order to return a product to us:

Remember that only earrings and nose jewellery with unbroken/sealed packaging may be returned. The product labels on other types of jewellery must also be intact/undamaged. Please enter the return code and the returned number of products. Put the product and your return slip in the packaging in which the product was delivered, or in equivalent packaging suitable for transport. If you do not have the return slip, you can print out the order confirmation that you received via e-mail and highlight the product which you are returning. Alternatively, you can contact us via customerservice@blomdahl.com, or call +46 35 18 15 00.

Attach the return label to the package and drop it of at your nearest Schenker representative. You will receive a receipt with the shipment’s tracking number. It is important that you keep this receipt until you have received the refund.

UNREDEEMED PACKAGE

Your package will be kept at your chosen agent for 14 days. When the shipment reaches the agent, a notification will be sent to you via text message. If your contact information turns out to be incorrect or if for some other reason you do not redeem the package within this time, it will be sent back to us. If this happens, we will charge you xxx Euro for return shipping and handling fees. If you no longer wish to go through with the purchase after the package has been sent from us, you must wait until you receive the package and then send it back to us. Otherwise the package will be registered as unredeemed.

COMPLAINT

A complaint should be made immediately after the defect has been discovered. If you wish to exercise your right to make a complaint, please contact us at claim@blomdahl.com or +46 35 18 15 00 as soon as you have discovered the defect, and we will help you. Our opening hours are weekdays 08.00-16.30.

In the event of a complaint we will, if possible, repair your product. Otherwise wil will replace it with a new similar or equivalent product.

FORCE MAJEURE

Blomdahl shall be exempt from damages and other penalties if performance of the agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control. Examples of such circumstances are government intervention, new/amended legislation, missing permits, war, fire, flood, labour market disruptions, bans, restrictions, sabotage, unfavourable transport or weather conditions, missed deliveries from subcontractors and the company being exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
